Opensky Marketplace - Don't order online with OpenSky!!
WOW is all I have to say! I order almost everything online these days and usually the sites are really easy to work with! I found a pretty necklace thru a site called OpenSky and ordered it. When I entered my credit card and hit purchase it just sat and spinned...and spinned...and spinned. next thing I know it processed my order for THREE NECKLACES!! I IMMEDIATELY checked my cc and found three charges. I sent them THREE emails that night...tried calling their customer service number to no avail!! The next morning...same thing...sent emails and called them trying to stop the triple purchase!! HERE IS THEIR RESPONSE!!! It was amazing they would make the seller SEND ME all three necklaces and tell me to REQUEST REFUND FOR TWO!!??? WHAT??? Why make the seller/purchaser go thru all that for THEIR ERROR and pay all those shipping/return/credit to cc fees??? That is a HORRIBLE business ethic!! DO NOT BUY thru them...IF it happened to me...it will happen to you!! Here is just ONE of my emails and their response!!! >>>KEEP IN MIND....this was IMMEDIATEY after the purchase when I knew it kept charging my card....not even five minutes!!>>>

STOP ORDERS PLEASE!! Your webite errored and it charged me three times for ONE necklace and gave me THREE different order numbers! I JUST ordered it so PLEASE stop two of them!! Your site just spinned and spinned when I entered my credit card. I only want ONE please! Thank you! :") Deb

As far as order #โs 10190****, 10190****, & 10190****, what you can do is return to sender on the two orders that you donโt want.

Almost exact same thing just recently happened to me. I immediately tried to stop the order because I had been charged for 2 of the exact same thing.
I was trying to contact them within minutes, as in 2-3 minutes. I got the same response about returning the item for refund.
Now, they won't respond to my emails.
They suck!!
Returned BOTH as they required and they refunded ONE! I just dont get this site....Wrote them again and will see what happens...it has already been a MONTH! :(
